Tai chi 18 Qigong are 18 effective health exercises, through which you work with the entire body.
The exercises can be done by most and demands no prior experience or equipment and can be done anywhere.

Tai Chi 18 Qigong are for beginners and Torben Rif will be going through all the exercises in detail, making it easy to keep up.
Qigong can have a positive effect on: high blood pressure, sinew- and musclepains, stree, a weak back, asthma etc.

The Qigong Instructors Basic Education:
Tai Chi 18 Qigong is a large part of the basic education of Qigong instructors, starting in late September 2013.
In order to gain admission to the education, you must have participated at either the Tai Chi and Qigong Summer Camp or this weekend seminar, at which you will gain a thorough insight of this serie.
